Like most tradesman I have a lot of tools and this seems to be the same for sewing, having started off with my vintage brother machine I just happened to stumble accross a couple more, you know how it goes then all of a sudden, low and behold I Just happen to find a Brother DB2 b755 Industrial sewing machine. A big solid metalic gold coloured straight stitch machine obviously its built into a table and operated by means of a 400w clutch Motor or it did... But not any more... The way I and most tradesmen think industrial tools are always better, I plan to be taking on some heavy canvas projects for my Bulgarian small holding. Over there its 40° in the summer and Possibly - 30° in the winter. So I need to knock out some pretty substantial awnings and covers etc... I digress... Getting back to the clutch Motor it was Just too fast for me so I googled and Ipondered and then swapped it out for a servo motor, now its a totally different machine with much more control...
